The coursework will provide the opportunity to further reading, analysis, and vocabulary skills.  These skills will focus on preparation for high school and provide exposure to a variety of genres to foster a life-long love of reading.  Below is a growing list of books that our junior high students will read from.  The students will also be reading a variety of short stories and participate in classroom reader's theater.  Some books for the school year will be provided for the students but others will need to be purchased on their own.  At least a month's notice will be provided so you can plan accordingly.  Thank you for all your support!
