What's New in Preschool?

Happy Fall!

We have made it through the beginning of the school year- and the warm weather! I am so proud of our students and how well they have adjusted to preschool. They have worked hard to learn our routine. They have learned to play with each other and are making friends.

We will continue to work on routines in our classroom in October. We will also continue to increase our kiddos' independence in the classroom. At home, have your child practice putting on his/her own jacket and taking off his/her jacket. This will be a world of help as the weather changes.
With the cooler weather, please make sure all of your child's belongings are labeled. We will try our best to make sure everyone's things stay together.

We will be celebrating Halloween throughout the month of October. We will make it fun and not scary. For little ones, Halloween can be a little overwhelming.  We will work with your child to make sure they are comfortable in our classroom.

As our school year continues, please remember that all students develop at their own pace.  To quote social media, "Don't compare your child to others. There's no comparison between the sun and the moon. They shine when its their time."
Preschool isn't a destination- its a journey!

Thank you for all of your support!
